3 rounds of;

30m high knees

30m high heels

30m bear crawl

15m broard jump

15m walking lunge

Then;

2 rounds of

10 Back extension

10 Push ups

The Chief (AMRAP – Rounds)

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans, 135#

6 Push-ups

9 Squats

Rest 1-minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles

Extra Credit

STR: Back Squat (3rm)

Cond: Power Clean + Push Jerk (2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2)

10 minute EMOM

Power clean + push jerk (2reps)
Build across sets, no misses
