This workout is tough, it had to be so no matter what you are thinking, the doubt, the anxiety or the concern of having to scale means nothing. Get this workout done however you have to, scale the bar muscle up to burpee pull ups or burpees then pull ups. Scale the weight of the snatch and do single skips. The main thing is that you do it.
