Run 800 meters
30 Kettlebell swing, 70# / 53#
30 Pull-ups

Extra Credit

STR: Metcon (14 Rounds for weight)

EMOM 14 mins

Odd: 2 Power snatch, moderately heavy (no misses)

Even: Power clean + push jerk, moderately heavy (no misses)
Log each minute as a round (eg minute 1 = round 1, minute 2 = round 2 etc).
