5 Strict handstand push-ups or 10 push-ups

10 Hip extensions

5 Knees to elbows or hanging knee raise

5 Strict pull-ups

Row 10 cals


Metcon (Time)

10 Rounds for time:

15 Deadlifts 60/40kg

15 Push-ups
Compare scores to February 4th, 2016 or November 8th, 2014.


Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Rounds for reps:

Max power cleans, bodyweight

Max strict handstand push-ups
Rest 3 mins between rounds, with no rest between movements in each round.

Extra Credit

STR: Back Squat (3)

Build to a 3 rep max.

SKILL: Snatch (1)

Pause 2 seconds 1″ off the floor

COND: Metcon (4 Rounds for weight)

4 Rounds, not for time:

10 Glute ham raise

20 Close grip bench press

-Rest 30s between supersets-
