Run 800 metres

30 Wall balls 9/6kg

Performance

PERF: Metcon (Time)

For time:

100 Wall balls

100 Chest to bar pull-ups

100 Pistols

100 Kettlebell swings

Extra Credit

STR: Back Squat (2-2-2-2-2-2-1-1-1)

2 @ 60, 65, 70, 75, 90, 85%, 3×1 @ 90%.

If necessary, reduce the weight to ensure no misses.
