2 Rounds for time:

Run 1000m

Sandbag bear hug carry 400m

Row 1000m
Preferably add weight to the sandbag by putting an extra filler in. If you do, pleae make sure you put it back when the workout is done. Thanks


PERF: Clean and Jerk (1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1)

Count your first set from approx 60% and build to a 1RM through 8 sets

Extra Credit

STR: Back Squat (2-2-2-2-2-1)

2 @ 60, 70, 75, 80, 85%, 1 @ 90%
