Warm-up (No Measure)

20 Calf pumps

10 Muscle snatch with barbell

5 Barbell overhead squats

5 Strict pull-ups

10-Minute AMRAP of:
30 Double-Unders
15 Power Snatches, 75# / 55#


PERF: Metcon (Time)

For time:

30 Deadlifts 100/70kg

30 Handstand push-ups

30 Thrusters 42.5/30kg

30 Pull-ups

30 Power cleans 60/40kg

30 Ring dips

60 Wall balls

15 Power snatches 60/40kg
Set up two bars: one for your thruster and one for the deadlifts that allows a plate to be stripped for the power clean and power snatch weight.

Extra Credit

STR: Power Clean + Front Squat (1)

Build to a max for the day
