Warm-up (No Measure)

10 Spiderman lunges

5 Push-ups

10 Barbell good mornings


Front Squat (5-5-5-5)

Complete as a superset with 7 Ring dips and 10 Weighted hip extensions. Log the score of your front squats.


Deadlift (1-1-1-1-1)

Have all singles within 10% load of each other.

Fitness & Performance

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

4 Minute AMRAP:

8 Burpees

8 Kettlebell swings 32/24kg
Finisher for both groups.
