Warm-up (No Measure)

5 Rounds:

10m Bear crawl

5 Bottoms-up kettlebell press each side (pick a light-moderate weight)

5 Single-arm kettlebell overhead squats

5 Ring rows with 2s pause at the top (make these as challenging as you can)

Fitness & Performance

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Minute AMRAP:

Row 400 metres

3 Rounds of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air squats
To score, count each 100 metres of the run as 10 reps if you are running when the clock runs out.

Extra Credit

STR: Push Jerk (3-3-3-3-3)

COND: 400 Metres Farmer’s Carry (Time)

32/24kg Kettlebell in each hand
