15m Bear crawl

10 PVC dislocates

200m Jog

Metcon (Weight)

4 Rounds, not for time:

15 Two-handed dumbbell Romanian deadlifts

10 Single-arm dumbbell rows each arm

30s Handstand hold

4x 500m Row (4 Rounds for time)

Rest 3 minutes between each set

Extra Credit

STR: Paused Back Squat (5)

5 Rep max paused back squat. 3s Pause in the bottom of the squat, no bounce to stand up.
