In partners, with one person working at a time:

75 Power snatches 50/35kg

10 Rope climbs

75 Thrusters 50/35kg

Extra Credit

STR: Hang Power Clean (5-4-3-2-1)

Build to a 1RM following the rep scheme. Rest 2 minutes after each set to allow you to add weight each time.

SKILL: Metcon (No Measure)

3 Rounds for form:

5 Turkish get-ups each side 24/16kg

10m Handstand walk
