Warm-up (No Measure)

4 Rounds:

50 Double unders or 45s double under practice

10 Snow Angel on crossover symmetry

5 Single arm kettlebell press each side

Fitness & Performance

Shoulder Press (1-1-1-1-1-1-1)

Scale to 7×3 if you have been training for less than 6 months.

Metcon (Time)

For time:

200m Walking lunge 20/15kg plate
Hold the plate however you like (except for taking your shirt off and using it as a sack to sling the plate over your shoulder, Isaac).

Extra Credit

SKILL: 50 Strict toes to bar (Time)

COND: 800m Row (Time)

Max Effort 800m Row
4 Rounds, rest 3 minutes after each effort. Score your fastest time, and write your slowest time in the comments.
