Run 400m

12 Toes to bar

Rest 60 seconds
Reduce the run as required to fit the round into a 2-minute window.

Extra Credit

COND: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every minute on the minute for 20 rounds:

10 Burpees
Gut check.

Cap each round at 30 seconds. Log the number of burpees you complete, up to 200.
