100 Double unders

60 Wall balls

50 Kettlebell swings 24/16kg

40 Box jumps

30 Chest to bar pull-ups

20 Push jerks 70/45kg

Extra Credit

STR: Single Arm Dumbell Press (5RM)

5 rep max single arm strict dumbbell press, work all reps on the non-dominant arm first.
