50 Dumbbell snatches, 22.5/15kg

Run 800 m

35 Dumbbell snatches

Run 600 m

20 Dumbbell snatches
Alternate hands each rep.

2 Rounds each side:

Max side-plank hold in 60 seconds.

Extra Credit

STR: Barbell Complex (Build to Max)

Build to the heaviest power snatch + hang power snatch + hang squat snatch that you can.
