50 Kettlebell swings 32/24kg

40 Cal row

30 GHD sit-ups

20 Power cleans 85/55kg

10 Push jerks

20 Power cleans

30 GHD sit-ups

40 Cal row

50 Kettlebell swings

600m Run
Set up two different bars and kettlebells if required.

Extra Credit

STR: Incline Bench Press (5RM)

SKILL: 30 Strict Muscle-ups (Time)
