5 Scap retractions

5 Kips

5 Pull-ups

5 Medicine ball front squats

10 Clapping push-ups from the knees

Fitness & Performance

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

5 Rounds, each for time:

20 Chest to bar pull-ups

30 Wall balls

40 Push-ups

-Rest 3 minutes between rounds-

Extra Credit

STR: Bent Over Row (8-8-8-8)

Use a barbell
