5 Hang to high pull

5 Hang muscle snatch

5 Overhead squats

5 Hang power snatches

5 Hang squat snatches

400m Run
15 Overhead Squats, 95# / 65#

Extra Credit

STR: Split Jerk (5-5-5-5-5)

Pick a sub-maximal weight and get five sets of five perfect reps.
