In pairs, 25 minute AMRAP:

3…6…9…12… etc.

Kettlebell swings 24/16kg

Box jump overs 24/20″

Wall balls
One person working at a time, complete each rep count before progressing (e.g P1 3-3-3, P2 3-3-3, P1 6-6-6, P2 6-6-6… etc.)

Score each ’round’ completed (e.g. 3-6-9-12 would be 4 rounds).

Extra Credit

STR: Power Snatch (3-3-3-3-3)

SKILL: Metcon (Time)

50 Strict handstand push-ups for time
