Warm-up (No Measure)

3 Rounds:

5 Bottom’s up kettlebell press each arm

10 Cossack squats

15s Chin-over-bar hold (or top of ring row)

10 Scap push-ups

Fitness & Performance

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

20 minute AMRAP:

Max handstand hold

10 Pistols (alternating legs)

Max ring support

5 Turkish get-ups each side (not alternating)
Score complete rounds, record Turkish get-up weight in comments. Select a weight that is challenging for 5, but manageable to complete the reps unbroken.

Extra Credit

COND: 1 Mile bike (Time)

4x 1 mile bike. Rest as needed between efforts, score your slowest time and record your fastest time in comments.
