Build to a 3rm

1.2: Max Height Box Jump (Distance)

Max Height Box Jump
Superset each thruster triple with 5 box jumps. Step down each rep, and be cautious if you are pushing to a max.

Extra Credit

SKILL: Metcon (Time)

1 Pegboard ascent

6 Deadball over the shoulder 65/45kg
