10 Bench Press

10 Weighted Pistols

Metcon (Time)

100 Reps For Time:

A) AMRAP 5mins

Snatches 60kg/40kg

B) At the 5 minute mark, complete burpees until 100 reps have been completed

Extra Credit

STR: Snatch Pull (3 sets of 3 at 120%)

COND: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

EMOM x12

Odd – 50m Prowler Sprint

Even – 10 Strict Pull-ups
