Like many others, CrossFit has had a profound effect on my life. I started in the fitness industry in 2009, after dramatic shift in lifestyle. After stumbling upon CrossFit in 2010, Rob took me on board as a Coach when his gym got too busy for just one person to run.
Since then I haven’t looked back, having been fortunate enough to create a career out of a great love of mine. I also work as a trainer on the CrossFit HQ Seminar Staff, and have been privileged to work with some of the best coaches in the world from Europe, the USA and Australia. Outside of the weight room, I have a keen interest in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and currently hold my blue belt in the martial art.
Between training, working at CrossAxed, and Level 1 Seminars, I am also completing a Bachelor of Psychological Science at the University of Queensland.
My goal is to provide people with the means to improve their quality of life, both physically and mentally.
Although consistently challenging, coaching is an incredibly rewarding job and I appreciate the opportunity to coach every day. I’m frequently blown away with the strength of the CrossFit community both in our affiliate and throughout Australia and the world.
